Truffles!!! I really do. I love the way it is so creamy in your mouth but cool to the tongue. I love the richness and texture and flavour. And I finally know how to make them. I was watching a podcast and it was all about truffles. The chef made them by melting chocolate in a double boiler. I thought ‘what if I want only want one or two’ so I experimented. I took a bowl and some chocolate and melted it, added soy milk, put it in the freezer and voila! I put about half the amount chocolate chips as soy milk in. I found dark chocolate tastes the best and I can honestly say that I am a truffle addict! They are so easy to make. I like to leave them in the freezer for twenty to thirty minutes, depending. If you ever feeling like eating chocolate, but not chocolate chips, try making truffles! Enjoy.
P.S. You can actually put any flavour you want in it, ie: espresso powder, hazelnut powder, etc.
